Anodizing stands as a durable corrosion and scratch-resistant treatment tailored explicitly for aluminum.
It offers extensive customization options, including various colors, patterns, and images; unlike coatings such as paint, powder coat, or Depakote, anodizing forms a bonded layer with the aluminum through a distinct electrochemical process. This ensures that it will never peel, flake, or rub off, providing enduring quality and aesthetics.
At Fuzion Anodizing, we specialize in the art of anodizing, particularly focusing on aluminum-free hand anodizing. While anodizing can be applied to both aluminum and titanium, the processes diverge significantly for each material, resulting in distinct colors and effects.
When it comes to aluminum, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum stands as the quintessential choice, renowned for its exceptional blend of properties. Additionally, other alloys from the 6000 series, 7000 series, and 200 series can also undergo anodizing.
While cast aluminum can indeed undergo anodization, its grain structure can become quite unpredictable post-forging. Despite meticulous surface preparation, these inherent defects may surface in the final product. To ensure optimal results, we highly recommend selecting high-grade billet machined aluminum for your anodizing needs.
Regrettably, we are unable to anodize steel, chrome, titanium, or plastic parts. Our expertise lies solely in anodizing aluminum components.
Our journey begins with understanding your vision for anodizing, from preferred colors and patterns/themes to reviewing our past projects to ensure our style is to your liking. Your input shapes our process, ensuring each anodized creation reflects your unique style and preferences. We're committed to crafting results you'll love.

Add an answer Absolutely, embracing the Anodizing process means ensuring your satisfaction. However, if you're open to something adventurous and wild, let us unleash our creativity. Providing us with some color preferences while giving us creative freedom often results in our most stunning work. Trusting our expertise to create what we believe will be the ultimate masterpiece can yield extraordinary results to this item.
Unfortunately, without knowing the specifics such as the brand of dye, anodizing times, temperatures, and other processes used by the original anodizing shop, we can't guarantee an exact match of colors. However, we'll certainly do our best to match them as closely as possible.
Regrettably, the inherent nature of our process precludes us from guaranteeing exact replicas of any previous work. Each item we create is meticulously crafted to meet customer specifications, incorporating a touch of randomness. While you can certainly provide us with your desired colors, we'll handcraft a custom gun tailored specifically to you. Feel free to share a picture for reference, but expect our distinctive interpretation.
In the realm of gun manufacturing, 'white Anno' is a misnomer crafted by manufacturers. True white Anodizing doesn't exist; rather, it's often used interchangeably with silver or clear Anodizing. What's dubbed as 'white-silver' or 'clear' is, in essence, devoid of color—a sealant applied to the silver metal sans any dye.
