Customers are also responsible for ensuring that they legally own all items sent for anodizing and have the right to authorize anodizing services for those items.

3. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our anodizing services, Fuzion Anodizing shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from using or misusing anodized paintball guns.

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping their paintball guns or parts to Fuzion Anodizing for anodizing. We recommend purchasing additional insurance to cover any damages or loss that may occur during transit.

5. Turnaround Time

Our website outlines our typical turnaround time for anodizing services. However, this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as workload and material availability. We will communicate any delays to customers as soon as possible.

6. Payment

Payment for anodizing services is due in full before work begins on the customer's paintball gun or parts. We accept payment via PayPal or other agreed-upon methods.

7. Warranty

Fuzion Anodizing offers a limited warranty on our anodizing services. Please refer to our warranty policy for more information.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of any intellectual property associated with their paintball guns or parts. Fuzion Anodizing reserves the right to showcase photos or videos of anodized paintball guns for promotional purposes.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

Limited Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Fuzion Anodizing for your paintball gun anodizing needs. We stand behind the quality of our anodizing services and strive to provide you with the best possible experience. This Limited Warranty Policy outlines our commitment to addressing any issues related to defective anodizing.

1. Warranty Coverage

Fuzion Anodizing warrants our anodizing services against defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from the date of completion. This warranty applies only to the anodized surface and does not cover the base paintball gun, parts, or accessories.

2. Defective Anodizing

If you believe that the anodizing on your paintball gun or parts is defective, please get in touch with us immediately at Info@fuzionanodizing. We will assess the issue and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage.

3. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

• Fuzion Anodizing must have anodized the paintball gun or parts.
• The warranty claim must be made within the specified warranty period.
• The defect must be due to faulty workmanship or materials and not the result of misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

4. Warranty Resolution

If the defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Fuzion Anodizing will, at our discretion, either repair the affected area, re-anodize the paintball gun or parts, or provide a refund for the anodizing service.

5. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty Policy does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Damage resulting from alterations or modifications made to the anodized surface after completion.
• Returns or refunds due to dissatisfaction with the final design. Please note that all anodized paintball guns or parts are custom-made to your specifications, and while we strive to match your preferences as closely as possible, slight variations may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fuzion Anodizing's liability under this Limited Warranty Policy is limited to the repair, re-anodizing, or refund of the affected paintball gun or parts as outlined above. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our anodizing services.
